As the technical counterpart to the Sr, Account Executive, you will play a critical role in engaging prospects, enabling partners, and ensuring technical success across pre-sales and post-sales engagements. You will be responsible for designing solutions using CIQ's product portfolio - including RLC, Fuzzball, Warewulf, and Apptainer - and guiding customers through their evaluation, adoption, and scaling journeys., * Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive to understand customer needs, design appropriate solutions, and support sales opportunities. * Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops to showcase CIQ solutions. * Lead technical discovery sessions, solution architecture design, and proof-of-concept deployments. * Provide guidance on infrastructure integration, deployment best practices, and performance tuning. * Support partner enablement by delivering technical training and architecture guidance to local system integrators and resellers. * Serve as a bridge between customers and CIQ engineering, advocating for product enhancements and roadmap alignment., Own and expand customer relationships across the Western United States for a cloud-based healthcare genomics platform. Drive adoption, usage, and account growth within hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations; identify expansion opportunities; navigate complex stakeholder groups; provide account support; and partner with sales teams on customer meetings and commercial development.
