Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. ## Description The Principal Software Engineer, Intelligent Quality Solutions is a senior individual contributor responsible for building enterprise capabilities that support this transformation. This is a hands-on engineering role for an experienced technology leader who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building production-ready software, and converting latest AI technologies into scalable enterprise solutions. You will engineer intelligent applications and AI-enabled services. You will also develop reusable frameworks and autonomous agents. These components serve as the foundation of the Enterprise Quality Intelligence Platform and the broader Enterprise Quality Engineering ecosystem. Your success requires deep software engineering expertise, demonstrated experience building AI-powered applications in production, and a strong passion for experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
