Storage technologies (preferred): * Lustre configuration/administration/troubleshooting * DDN Exascaler appliances * Storage fabric design/support * Storage performance tuning/optimization Networking technologies (preferred): * Enterprise routing/switching (Cisco / Juniper / Arista) Bonus (emerging tech exposure): * E1000 Storage Systems, ESNs, DAOS, Weka ## Description We're hiring System Administrators at multiple experience levels to support mission-critical operations in Linux-based, high-performance environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, optimizing system performance, and working closely with engineering and operations teams to keep essential infrastructure reliable and available. This team includes professionals who specialize in platform, network, and storage engineering-but everyone is expected to contribute to core Linux system administration and operational sustainment work. What You'll Do * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and infrastructure supporting mission operations * Install, configure, and administer Linux operating systems and applications * Manage file systems, networking services, and system resources * Troubleshoot operating system and application issues in complex environments * Write and maintain Bash scripts to automate administrative tasks * Compile, install, configure, and support software applications * Support automation and configuration management initiatives * Collaborate with engineering/operations teams to resolve issues and improve performance * Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps * Participate in upgrades, maintenance windows, and operational support activities, System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
