 * Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API.
 * Experience developing RESTful and SOAP web services.
 * Strong SQL Server and/or Oracle experience.
 * Experience with FACETS configuration, customization, interfaces, and integrations.
 * Strong understanding of healthcare payer systems and business processes.
 * Experience with application development, debugging, testing, and production support.
 * Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
