## About the Role

* 8+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years as a Product Owner, preferably in financial services, banking, or credit cards.
 * In-depth understanding of GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI development workflows.
 * Domain expertise in credit-card systems, fraud detection, or personalized customer marketing.
 * Experience with one or more platforms: Salesforce, Pega, IVR, Chat/Chatbot, Secure Message, Digital, Contact Center.
 * Technical literacy: familiarity with Python, SQL, data visualization, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, LangChain).
 * Strong Agile experience (Scrum or SAFe).
 * Experience deploying GenAI solutions (custom LLMs and/or AWS/Salesforce/Pega out-of-the-box solutions) is highly desirable.
