 * Solace PubSub+: Message VPNs, Topics, Queues, Event Mesh, HA/DR, JMS/AMQP/MQTT.
 * Monitoring: Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, ELK.
 * Scripting: Python, Shell, Ansible.
 * Platforms: Linux/Unix, Kubernetes/OpenShift (preferred).
 * Strong experience in Production Support, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
 * Preferred

Financial Services domain experience.

 * Exposure to Kafka, DataPower, Apigee, API Management, and Event-Driven Architectures.
 * Knowledge of ITIL and SRE best practices.

## Description

* Seeking an experienced IBM MQ & Solace Engineer to support mission-critical messaging platforms within the SRE organization. Responsible for platform reliability, availability, automation, monitoring, incident management, and service improvement initiatives., * Administer and support IBM MQ and Solace environments (Prod/UAT/DR).
 * Manage Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Clusters, Topics, VPNs, and Event Mesh.
 * Perform troubleshooting, RCA, capacity planning, patching, upgrades, and DR testing.
 * Drive SRE practices including SLO/SLI monitoring, automation, and operational excellence.
 * Support major incidents, problem management, and 24x7 production operations.
 * Develop automation scripts and improve platform observability.
