## Description

This role is responsible for executing periodical reporting and data gathering responsibilities. The position requires a self-starter with high attention to detail to perform daily reviews and ensure timely action on pending items. This is a hybrid role based in Texas., * Monitor and process the receipt of financials, including communicating with members regarding missing reports and facilitating extensions, waivers, or fines.

 * Enter financial data accurately into the Automated Financial Reporting System (AFRS) and track it through the approval workflow.
 * Oversee the production and review of daily surveillance emails and track related workflows to completion.
 * Conduct daily reviews for items that require same-day action.
 * Reconcile reporting and trackers to ensure reports are accurate and up to date.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
