* 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or technology architecture.
 * Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native application development.
 * Hands-on experience with Claude / Anthropic or comparable LLM technologies.
 * Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
 * Strong DevSecOps experience with CI/CD, automated security testing, infrastructure as code, and cloud security.
 * Experience with Python and/or Java.
 * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, containers, and Kubernetes.
 * Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation and Git-based development workflows.
 * Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, encryption, networking, monitoring, and compliance.
 * Preferred Skills
 * Experience with Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic Claude.
 * Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
 * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS.
 * Experience implementing AI governance, guardrails, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
 * Banking, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience.
 * Strong communication, architecture documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
