Overview: Looking for a Migration Deployment Specialist (IZWS) to lead mainframe batch scheduling conversions to enterprise workload automation platforms. Must be an SME in scheduling migrations, with strong z/OS expertise, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across development, test, and production sysplex environments., * Mainframe batch scheduling migration (CA7, ESP, Jobtrac, ControlM IZWS)

 * z/OS, OS/390, sysplex environments
 * TSO/ISPF utilities, dataset manipulation
 * JCL (expertlevel troubleshooting & structure)
 * REXX scripting (automation support)
 * Dynamic Workload Console navigation & analysis
 * Schedule validation, dependency resolution, parallel tracking cycles
 * Documentation, procedures, training delivery
 * Strong communication & stakeholder collaboration

Experience:

 * 5+ years mainframe (OS/390, z/OS)
 * 5+ years workload automation/job scheduling platforms
 * Proven migration execution across dev/test/prod environments
 * Excellent written/verbal communication skills
