## About the Role

* 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience across Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, and/or PeopleSoft.
 * 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
 * Minimum 1 Federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementation is required.
 * Strong functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits.
 * Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration (BenAdmin).
 * Experience in HCM configuration, testing, integrations, and functional support.
 * Ability to work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
 * Experience preparing functional documentation, test cases, and supporting UAT.
 * Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configuration, testing, and HR/Benefits modules. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with at least one Federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementation., * Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud HR and Benefits modules.

 * Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
 * Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
 * Support implementation activities from requirements through deployment.
 * Work closely with HR, Benefits, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
 * Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.
 * Provide functional guidance and best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud., * Federal Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation + 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud + HR/Benefits/BenAdmin + 15+ years Oracle ERP experience.
