## About the Role

· 10+ years of HR technology experience, including 3-5+ years leading enterprise teams in HR systems, HRIS, or HR transformation roles.

Deep hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules; experience supporting or governing custom HR applications strongly preferred.

Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations, from concept through stabilization.

Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and formal project/program management methodologies (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred).

Exceptional ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior HR leaders.

Demonstrated success managing ambiguity, complex integrations, and cross-functional operating models.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

 * Skilled in customer-facing activities covering data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation
 * Experience working with current HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.) as well as legacy solutions
