## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
 * 3 to 5 years of automotive experience.
 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience.
 * Good project coordination skills.
 * Automotive Systems Background.
 * Knowledge of ISO 26262.
 * Ability to interpret various regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
 * Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition., * Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university.
 * Knowledge of IBM DOORS or similar ALM/PLM management tools.
 * Systems Engineering experience.
 * Experience with system network topology diagrams.
 * Ability to understand problems from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field).
 * Knowledge of a functional domain (i.e., Body, Chassis, Electrical, Interior).

Mandatory Skills

 * Automotive Systems understanding.
 * Functional Domain (electrical, chassis, interior) understanding.

## Description

* Create, update, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) efficiently.
 * Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all CFOs align with project objectives and standards.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features.
 * Support platform and program-specific new feature development.
 * Conduct competitive benchmarking and voice of customer clinics to support the development process.
