Experience within insurance technology environments and modern digital ecosystems is highly preferred. ## Description We're seeking an experienced IT Development Manager to lead the development and support of enterprise digital experience, workflow automation, and customer engagement platforms. This individual will manage a high-performing team of software engineers, technical leads, business analysts, and QA professionals while driving the delivery of modern, scalable technology solutions that support customers, agents, and internal business users.
