You are a cross-functional engineer experienced in developing open source, micro-services-based applications in an AWS environment. You have a passion for high-quality, reliable, maintainable code. You take pride in your own work and own your own commitments, but you also enjoy collaborating with a cross-functional team and customer stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions. You are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we are doing wrong so we can fix it, and what we are doing right so we can improve upon it.
