The Technical Program Manager will lead and manage large-scale technical programs involving cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge in Embedded Systems and Broadband technologies are essential., * Strong experience in Technical Program or Project Management.

 * Technical background or experience with Embedded Technologies.
 * Experience in Broadband, Telecom, Networking, Embedded Systems, or related technology domains.
 * Proven experience managing large and complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
 * Strong knowledge of scope, timeline, budget, risk, and dependency management.
 * Hands-on experience using JIRA for program and issue tracking.
 * Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
 * Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate technical risks effectively.
 * Comfortable presenting program status and updates to senior leadership.
