## About the Role

9+ Years of experience mandatory.

 * RedHat Linux - production support experience
 * Apache tomcat
 * Bash scripting
 * Experience in Splunk, NewRelic and other monitoring tools are desired.
 * BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; MS preferred
 * 5+ years related experience
 * Application Performance Monitoring tools setup and configuration, specifically with AppDynamics, New Relic, and Splunk
 * Troubleshooting complex production issues at scale and under tight timelines
 * Performance profiling and tuning of App/Web tier
 * Strong Linux experience with scripting
 * System Admin experience
 * Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java; Python or Perl a plus
 * Understanding of Cloud hosting principles is a must, experience with AWS Operations is a plus
 * Strong business acumen in addition to technical expertise, to drive for operational excellence in support of business priorities
