As a Team Lead, you will guide a cross-functional team through design, integration, and test activities that span New Construction (NEWCON) and modernization platforms. Your guidance will drive the delivery of a robust and reliable combat system to the Submarine Force. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on leadership to align goals, manage schedules, drive process excellence, and foster a high-performing collaborative environment. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance., * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance; this position will require a government security clearance. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) from an accredited institution with 5+ years of related experience; or comparable experience in lieu of degree. * Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and/or integration/test, with proven problem-solving abilities to develop technical solutions for large-scale, complex projects. * Demonstrated leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams. * Experience with submarine combat systems or similar Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) systems. * Experience working on teams in a geographically dispersed and virtual environments. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of technical and interpersonal competency. * Strong organizational skills.
