A successful Test Engineer must have: Education: Bachelors degree5+ years of relevant manual and automated Software Quality Assurance experience.Experience testing systems with complex data and/or workflow structureRequired Technical Skills:Ability to write and modify PostgreSQL or SQL scripts for testingExperience with CodeCept or similar JavaScript or Playwright automation tools and frameworks.Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or ClaudePreferred Experience and Skills:Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and/or TestRailFunctional testing for an IT system or databaseAgile or SAFe experienceTest automationProblem-solving mindsetPrevious experience working with CMS or medical data systems or toolsFamiliarity with
large, complex data sources using PostgreSQL or SQL and experience with data migration and/or maintenance activityExperience testing in both on-premise and AWS cloud environmentsKnowledge of web scripting languagesDemonstrated ability to advance technical skills to support testingExperience testing ETL, Reporting, and/or APIs.Experience testing for Section 508 Compliance using JAWS or other similar tool(s)Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sourcesSelf-motivated, well-organized and strict attention to detailsAbility to understand and execute against customer business requirements.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teamsSuperior written and oral communication skillsAbility to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodologyAbility to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same timeAbility to work independentlyAgile certification

## Description

functionality, back-end data, and reporting/ETL data.Be an instrumental player of a SAFe scrum team throughout the life cycle of the software implementation processes.Validate the development of system solutions to satisfy customers business needs.Analyze, document and communicate system and business processes as it relates to testing.Provide technical support to existing and prospective customers for UAT testing.Provide inputs for and execute against test plans.Assist with design, creation, automation, and execution of test cases and scenarios.Perform functional, non-functional, regression, system, and performance testing.Record actual results and compare to expected resultsDocument and perform root cause analysis of relevant defects and issuesWork independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authorityProduce the evaluated test/defects reports and take part in software walkthroughs.Become knowledgeable in the UCM application
