 * Strong Microsoft 365 and Intune administration experience
 * Ability to troubleshoot across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud layers

* Be the technical backbone for complex Windows and Microsoft environments
 * Own problems from initial escalation through permanent resolution
 * Make a measurable impact by eliminating recurring IT issues
 * Work across five distinct business entities in a diverse IT environment
 * Lead technical response during major incidents and complex escalations
 * Mentor other technicians and raise the overall technical bar, * Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
 * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, hardware, and cloud issues
 * Support Windows Autopilot and imaging/deployment initiatives
 * Implement approved configurations, remediation, and automation using PowerShell
 * Lead or contribute to major incident resolution
 * Create technical documentation and mentor Systems Technicians
