## Description

* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for insurance software products, ensuring coverage of functional, regression, and integration testing.
 * Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
 * Conduct manual testing activities as needed, including exploratory testing, ad-hoc testing, and usability testing, to identify defects and ensure the overall quality of the software.
 * Establish and maintain test environments and test data sets required for QA activities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
 * Lead the execution of test cases, analyze test results, and report defects in a timely manner, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution and validation of fixes.
