We're looking for an experienced Business Systems Staff Analyst to support IT solutions and projects focused on Labeling/UDI systems, business requirements, data integration, and systems strategy. This role will partner closely with business and technical teams to drive system enhancements and ensure solutions align with organizational needs., * Partner with IT Labeling/UDI and Business Labeling leadership to review and refine systems strategy.

 * Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new IT projects and system enhancements.
 * Lead requirements-gathering efforts while communicating effectively across business and technical teams.
