## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the Human Resources and technology sector, is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Technical Developer / Engineer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent) to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Advanced Compensation Technical Developer / Engineer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent), you will be an integral part of the HRIT department supporting Compensation product initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, aligning seamlessly with the organization's innovative culture., + Minimum of 2 years of Workday development experience in the advanced compensation functional area.

 + Proficiency in Workday Studio, BIRT reporting, and integrations such as EIBs and Core Connectors.
 + Strong technical skills in building solutions that tie together complex compensation processes.
 + Experience with Workday extend development and a solid understanding of HR systems and data management tools.
 + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

## Description

+ Lead the development and implementation of advanced compensation solutions within Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
 + Support and enhance Workday integrations, including Studio and BIRT reporting, to streamline compensation processes and improve data accuracy.
 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, and debug technical solutions that address complex compensation challenges.
 + Participate in large-scale planning and strategy sessions to support system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 + Act as a technical escalation point, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
