The Contractor shall have recent, in-depth, Government/Contractor SSO operations experience, and recent, in-depth SCIF operations experience * Possess strong customer service skills to handle customers' questions, complaints, and requested support in a professional, personable and courteous manner. Areas of expertise shall include computer operations, SCIF procedures, use of secure telephones, removal of classified information, indoctrinating personnel, and accepting security clearances from external agencies to other security and non-security issues occurring during day-to-day SCIF operations. Security Clearance: * Active TS/SCI Clearance Salary Range: $100,000 - $104,000 The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract ## Description * Assist in writing and implementing SAP security policy, SOPs, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and Transportation Security Plans (TSPs) and advise and assist PM in the development of Security Classification Guides (SCGs) for all SAPs, to include those complex in nature. Personnel performing this duty must possess strong writing skills. * Advise senior officials on a broad range of program security issues including system threat vulnerability assessments, system security requirements, architectures, and security risk mitigation plans. * Assist clients in researching and defining security problems. Personnel performing this duty must possess strong oral communication skills, the ability to relate to a diverse customer base, and general knowledge of DoD operations. Must be capable of operating in the NCR and other locations as required." * Using National Industrial Security System (NISS) verify and track Facility Clearance (FCL) status related to DCSA Acquisitions efforts. Provide updates regarding any changes to FCL to INDSEC Program Manager. * Using National Industrial Security Program (NISP) Contract Classification System (NCCS) draft, review, and revise DD Form 254s as directed by the INDSEC Program Manager. * Develop all SAPF accreditation documentation for each SAPF and organize its tabbed binder.
