## About the Role

* Clearance required: none but must be eligible to obtain
 * Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, or 9+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience with certifications
 * Hands on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of core M365 services, including (but not limited to):
 * Teams - including support for PC and Mobile Devices and integration with other O365 applications (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.), chat/meetings, voice integration
 * OneDrive - including collaboration and file sharing across PC and Mobile Devices
 * Exchange Online - including mailbox migration
 * SharePoint Online - including policy enforcement, data protection, governance
 * Experience in configuring and integrating M365 with other related Microsoft SaaS services including Azure AD
 * Expertise in working directly with users to solve their problems.
 * Ability to Configure, manage and support M365 security and monitoring services (e.g., MDE, MDI, ATP, Unified Audit Log management, MCAS).
 * Knowledge of Configuring, managing and supporting email security on Exchange Online.
 * Ability to Monitor and provide alerts for Microsoft cloud service health and availability.
 * Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strategy documents, user instructions, O&M instructions, and configuration documents.
 * Communicate directly with management, peers, and users.
