 * Manage project scope, milestone dependencies, and critical path schedules using hybrid delivery practices.
 * Author project charters, risk logs, business continuity plans, and comprehensive lifecycle documentation.
 * Oversee budget planning, financial resource allocations, and cross-functional project team assignments.
