MassHealth (MH) is the EOHHS o?ce that administers the Medicaid program and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) in Massachusetts. MassHealth applications provide critical support for access to health care for some of Massachusetts' most vulnerable individuals. The Sr. AWS developer's primary role is to support OLTSS initiative to design and develop a serverless application that enables providers to submit an online CIR form and seamlessly transmit the files to our document management system (EDM). The solution captures and stores metadata during upload sessions in a PostgreSQL RDS database for audit and compliance purposes. MassHealth is looking for motivated individuals with deep technical expertise in AWS that seek-out public service as an opportunity, gain valuable experience, and give back to the community. This position is anticipated to be a minimum six-month engagement with the possibility of being extended for a longer term. Job Duties: (Detailed list of Responsibilities) Responsible for the analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation in the development and maintenance of critical MassHealth applications Accountable for full systems development life cycle including system architecture documents; technical design documents, release management guide, deployment plan documents, and other technical artifacts Prepare SQL scripts for modifying and maintaining data.
