In this role, you will develop and implement advanced verification methods, craft automated test scripts, oversee test execution in real vehicle environments, and present data-driven analysis to engineering teams., * In-Vehicle & Systems Validation: Perform comprehensive software validation testing, analysis, and reporting for production Powertrain Control Module (PCM) software primarily in vehicle environments. * Test Case Development & Execution: Interpret complex system requirements to design, execute, and validate DVMs (Design Verification Methods) for system performance. * Automation & Scripting: Maintain, modify, and update a legacy Python test suite while writing new automated scripts, test features, and analysis tools to streamline validation efforts. * Debugging & Root Cause Analysis: Read and interpret embedded C code and Model-Based Design (MBD) models to debug complex software issues during real-world vehicle testing. * Issue Tracking & Version Control: Log, track, and manage software defects using JIRA.
