## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in data migration, data conversion, or data engineering.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
 * Experience with Informatica Product 360.
 * Strong experience with ETL/ELT tools and processes.
 * Proven experience in enterprise data migration and conversion projects.
 * Experience with HR technology platforms, particularly Workday and/or SAP.
 * Strong knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation.
 * Experience creating Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents.
 * Experience with Workday EIB and data templates.
 * Strong understanding of data quality, governance, privacy, and security.

Preferred Skills

 * SAP-to-Workday migration experience.
 * Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 data modeling and integration experience.
 * Informatica Product 360 implementation or migration experience.
 * Experience supporting SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, and Go-Live.
 * Strong SQL and data validation skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data 360 Data Conversion Engineer to lead data migration and conversion activities for enterprise HR technology implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Informatica Product 360, Workday/SAP data migration, ETL, data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end data conversion and migration activities for HR technology implementations and upgrades.
 * Perform data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation.
 * Design and develop ETL/ELT processes for SAP-to-Workday and other enterprise data migrations.
 * Develop Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents, transformation rules, and data conversion specifications.
 * Prepare Workday-compatible load files using EIBs and Workday data templates.
 * Execute mock conversions, SIT, UAT, production cutovers, and post-production stabilization.
 * Identify and resolve data quality, reconciliation, and migration issues.
 * Partner with HR, Technology, Data, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy and migration readiness.
 * Collaborate with Workday Functional Consultants on tenant loads, testing, and validation.
 * Develop reconciliation reports and support business sign-off activities.
 * Document conversion requirements, mapping rules, validation results, and cutover procedures.
 * Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, security, and data quality standards.
