## About the Role

* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
 * Bachelors Degree
 * FIVE (5) or more years of Oracle development experience
 * Momentum Financials/iFAMS conversion, implementation, or data migration experience
 * Experience developing ETL, conversion, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality routines
 * Experience supporting data mapping, conversion testing, defect resolution, and technical documentation
 * Experience with finance and acquisition data concepts in ERP or federal financial management environments
 * Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
 * Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools

What Would Be Nice To Have :

 * Experience supporting Federal IT programs
 * Experience supporting enterprise application implementations
 * Experience supporting large-scale federal ERP conversion program
 * Experience with data cleansing, crosswalks, reconciliation reporting, and audit-ready conversion evidence
 * Experience with performance tuning for high-volume data loads
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders

## Description

Develops PL/SQL routines, conversion logic, data transformation scripts, and reconciliation support for FMBT interface and conversion-related activities. Works with functional, data, integration, and testing teams to validate source-to-target mappings, data quality, data cleansing needs, and conversion accuracy.
