## About the Role

 * Strong customer service orientation and ability to assist employees, managers, attorneys, vendors, and HR team members professionally.
 * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion., * Two or more years of HR operations, HRIS, administrative, data management, or related experience preferred.
 * Experience working with HR systems or employee data preferred.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 * Experience in a professional services, law firm, or multi office environment preferred.
 * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

## Description

* Provide day-to-day operational support for HR systems and processes.
 * Provide basic user support for HR systems by monitoring tickets, answering routine questions, directing users to available resources, and escalating more complex issues.
 * Review and audit HR data, reports, and electronic files to help ensure accuracy and completeness.
 * Assist with routine and ad hoc reporting requests by gathering data, running standard reports, and formatting information for review.
 * Help identify data discrepancies and work with HR team members to resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
 * Assist with testing system updates, workflows, forms, reports, and process changes.
 * Help maintain user procedures, process documentation, job aids, training materials, and internal HR resources.
 * Support annual and periodic HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, recruiting, onboarding, workplace surveys, and compliance reporting.
 * Support process improvement efforts by identifying recurring questions, manual processes, data issues, or documentation gaps.
 * Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as defined by the HR Management team.
