Join a cutting-edge technology team as a Developer App MidLevel in Florham Park, NJ (3 days onsite). You'll play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable, enterprise-level SaaS applications using the latest Java technologies and AI-driven tools. Collaborate with global teams, drive innovation, and help shape the future of robust business solutions.

[Responsibilities]

 - Architect and develop services to solve complex business challenges and deliver high-impact solutions
 - Research, prototype, and recommend adoption of new technologies to enhance client experience
 - Lead the design, development, and modification of enterprise-wide systems and applications
 - Ensure smooth deployment of application software releases to production and non-production environments
 - Uphold code quality standards, maintain application stability, and champion best engineering practices
 - Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX/UI, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with client requirements
 - Develop project plans, analyze deliverables, and manage multiple priorities with agility
 - Mentor team members in code quality, TDD, and automated unit testing methodologies
 - Create specifications for new products, applications, and service offerings
