## About the Role

* Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
 * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
 * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
 * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

## Description

* Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
 * Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
 * Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
 * Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for guests, employees, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
 * Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
