You will partner with senior platform leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements across onboarding, governance, and operations. This role blends delivery leadership with hands-on business analysis in a large enterprise environment. As a Vice President in the HR and Employee Experience Data Products organization, you will support the delivery and evolution of the organization's next-generation HR data platform. You will partner closely with senior platform leadership to execute strategic initiatives focused on secure data access, self-service analytics, metadata and governance capabilities, data quality, and scalable HR data solutions. You will operate as a hands-on delivery lead and technical business analyst, translating business requirements into platform capabilities while supporting day-to-day execution and delivery activities. You will work across HR, Technology, Data Governance, Privacy, Controls, and Engineering teams to drive platform enhancements across onboarding, governance, analytics, entitlements, metadata, and operational processes.
