Preferred Qualifications: * Experience creating executive-ready storytelling decks to support alignment and buy-in * Ability to communicate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, from vision and strategy to status updates * Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and sound judgment * Experience with tools and systems such as Confluence, SharePoint, and SQL * Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and flowcharting tools * Bachelor's degree preferred; postgraduate degree a plus ## Description The Manager, IT Product Management is a key Product Owner role onthe Offer Order (O2) product team, helping shape the analysis and delivery of the team's strategic objectives for a core internal platform. The platform supports account and customer segmentation, preferences, eligibility, and targeted client experiences across Schwab's business lines. Reporting to an O2 Group Product Manager, this role partners closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability, prioritize work effectively, and deliver high-quality, data-driven product solutions. This role blends product ownership, Agile delivery, stakeholder partnership, and production support, with a strong focus on execution, communication, and continuous improvement.
