* Experience deploying and managing Netcool Omnibus, Impact, Network Manager, Probes, Gateways, and Cognos Analytics.
 * Strong experience with SevOne Network Performance Management.
 * Experience building Runbook Automations and self-healing solutions.
 * Must have strong Linux/Unix administration experience.
 * Strong understanding of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
 * Experience with fault monitoring tools such as IBM Netcool, SevOne, Splunk, and Micro Focus.
 * Experience developing integrations, custom policies, probes, triggers, and reports.
 * Scripting experience in Python, Ansible, Shell, or JavaScript.
