## About the Role

Are you ready to accelerate your potential and make a real difference within life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology?, * Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

 * Minimum of three years of experience in system administration across Windows environments (Linux is a plus), including maintaining users and computers in Windows Active Directory
 * Strong written and verbal English communication skills
 * Proven ability to manage multiple support requests, projects, and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
 * Experience managing assigned projects and support activities with minimal supervision while maintaining appropriate data security and confidentiality standards.

Physical/Environment Requirements:

 * Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20 lbs, any other physical requirements like wiring an IT workspace

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

 * Basic PowerShell scripting
 * Basic Atlassian understanding

## Description

* Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users through phone, in-person, and online channels, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripheral devices, operating systems, networking components, and standard business applications.
 * Identify and implement appropriate hardware and software solutions, including application customization to meet user and business needs.
 * Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues, ensure seamless service delivery, and escalate complex technical problems as needed.
 * Support user productivity through network connectivity, system and application training, ongoing communication, and continuous improvement of technology services and processes.
