## About the Role

* 8+ years of data scientist experience in delivering analytical insights and data-driven business strategies.
 * 5+ years of experience of building and leading high-performing domestic and multinational data science teams.
 * You're experienced with forecasting, machine learning, simulation and optimization, GenAI, etc.
 * You have strong implementation experience with at least one of the programming languages (Python, R, Java, C++, etc.)
 * You have strong hand-on skills in data wrangling and debugging complex SQL queries.
 * You have strong written and oral communication skills.
 * You excel at presenting analytical insights to partners and senior leadership., Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

Option 1: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3: 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

What you'll do:

 * Supporting and driving long-term and short-term strategies for achieving business outcomes. Ability to frame strategies in the form of a business plan backed by financial models.
 * Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities.
 * Leading the data science team in delivering the state-of-the-art advanced analytical solutions.
