* Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field required.
 * Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required; Internship in Salesforce field preferred.
 * Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration required; Microsoft Office Suite required; and Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred

## Description

* Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
 * Manage data imports, exports, updates, and integrity across Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms to support accurate reporting and business operations.
 * Perform basic Salesforce configuration, such as modifying page layouts, creating new fields, adjusting/creating approval flows.
 * Provide first level support and training to users, addressing their questions, and troubleshoot issues.
 * Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly.
 * Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring seamless deployment of new features.
 * Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes, including but not limited to managing unit tests, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
 * Other duties as assigned.
