## About the Role

3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, or IT infrastructure technologies.

-Experience supporting one or more of the following:

Microsoft Teams, CUCM, Video conferencing and conference room technologies, Audio/Visual systems and digital signage

-Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.

-Experience using ITSM tools for incident and request management -Apple iPhone/mobile device management

-Basic understanding of contact center technologies.

-Experience supporting mobile devices, conferencing systems, and collaboration applications.

-Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

Provides day-to-day support for the client's digital collaboration and unified communications platforms. Assists with incident resolution, service requests, device provisioning, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks supporting enterprise collaboration services. Works under the guidance of senior team members to maintain reliable, secure, and effective communication tools for business users.
