Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar HCM platforms. * Experience managing payroll, talent management, recruiting, benefits, or workforce management programs. * PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager - HCM Transformation to lead complex Human Capital Management technology programs that support HR, workforce management, and digital transformation initiatives.
