## About the Role

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Power BI development
 * Highly proficient in Microsoft Power Apps development
 * Highly proficient in Data Modeling, SQL
 * Highly proficient in developing solutions using Power Platform.
 * Experience in the Azure suite, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse is nice to have.
 * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills consistent with a client group, including senior managers & executives.
 * Attentive to details
 * Highly proficient in translating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Work efficiently with the data warehouse team to identify data dependencies and data requirements.
 * Experience in writing Complex DAX queries and functions.
 * Ability to manage highly confidential material.
 * Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System.

Experience:

 * Typically requires 8-10 or more years of experience in BI Development.
 * Required/Preferred Education Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in business or a STEM field is preferred.

## Description

* Develop, maintain, and improve critical business intelligence (BI) solutions and applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
 * Offer design and solution consulting in analytics and business applications.
 * Provide expertise in data management, warehousing, and business intelligence, both functionally and technically.
 * Standardize internal BI processes and operations, such as deployments.
 * Mentor and guide team developers, setting standards and best practices.
 * Deliver products using various Power Platform tools and technologies.
 * Identify and engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance the internal customer experience.
 * Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and project management groups.
 * Analyze data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schemas while designing, developing, optimizing, and certifying database designs to meet reporting needs.
 * Help monitor system performance, reliability, availability, and recoverability of the data warehouse environment.
