Preferred * Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem resolution. * Familiarity with equipment support, maintenance, or calibration processes. * Experience supporting customers in a technical service or help desk environment. * Knowledge of automated control systems, dispensing equipment, or related technologies. * Experience working with service scheduling or call center platforms. ## Description Our firm is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in water, hygiene, infection prevention, and sustainability solutions that serves customers across food service, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial markets. We are seeking a Desktop Technician to provide frontline technical support, coordinate service scheduling, and assist customers with equipment, software, and operational troubleshooting. This role is ideal for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys problem-solving, supporting field operations, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment., As a Desktop Technician, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing technical support and coordinating service-related activities.
