 * Durchführung von Workshops, Anforderungsanalysen und Schulungen
 * Erstellung von Spezifikationen für die technische Umsetzung im Entwicklungsteam
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Entwicklung und Support zur Sicherstellung erfolgreicher ERP-Projekte
