## Description

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Teams von 6-8 Mitarbeitenden sowie externer Dienstleister
 * Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Projekt- und Geschäftsleitung mit direkter Berichtslinie zum Global Head of IT & OT Operations
 * Umsetzung globaler Digitalisierungs-, Cybersecurity- und Governance-Strategien auf lokaler Ebene
 * Planung und Begleitung von Security Audits und Assessments
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und effizienten 24/7 Betriebs der gesamten IT-/OT-Systemlandschaft
 * Verantwortung für Rufbereitschaft, Incident Management, Wartung und Systempflege in On-Prem- und Cloud-Umgebungen
 * Wartung und Modernisierung von Prozessleitsystemen wie Siemens TIA und PCS7
 * Leitung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs-, ERP-, SAP-, MES- sowie IT/OT-Integrationsprojekten
 * Verantwortung für Cybersecurity-Maßnahmen, Incident Handling und Disaster-Recovery-Management
