## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Softwareentwicklung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Desktop-/Mobile-Entwicklung und/oder Datenbankanwendungen
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in objektorientierter oder funktionaler Softwareentwicklung
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von REST-APIs
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Microsoft SQL sowie Embarcadero RAD Studio
 * Freude an Teamarbeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung, z. B. mit KI-Coding-Assistenten (Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot) oder Agentic-Workflows
 * Verständnis für wartbare, qualitativ hochwertige und langfristig weiterentwickelbare Softwarearchitekturen
 * Grundkenntnisse agiler Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
 * Motivation, Software bis zur Produktreife zu begleiten und aktiv zur Qualität beizutragen
