Qualification and Education: * Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field preferred. * ITIL certification preferred. * Relevant Oracle Cerner certifications preferred. ## Description * Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Cerner applications within healthcare environments. * Support AMS operations following ITIL and SCRUM methodologies. * Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change management activities. * Handle P1/P2 production incidents and lead root cause analysis activities. * Monitor SLA/SLO compliance and support operational reporting activities. * Drive incident trend reduction and knowledge deflection initiatives. * Provide on-call and after-hours support coverage as required. * Support resolution of incidents and service requests including RITM management. * Prepare and present RCA reports and problem management documentation. * Maintain knowledge management documentation and operational procedures. * Collaborate with healthcare operations, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure system stability and service continuity. * Support security, access management, audits, and compliance-related activities.
