## Description

* Beratung von Kunden zu modernen Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
 * Analyse technischer Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung in Presales- und Architektur-Workshops
 * Planung, Design und Weiterentwicklung von LAN-, WLAN-, WAN- und Firewall-Umgebungen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung und Migration von Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastrukturen
 * Technische Betreuung von Projekten - remote sowie gelegentlich vor Ort beim Kunden
 * Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Mitgestaltung neuer Services, Standards und technischer Lösungsansätze
