## Description

* Als erste Anlaufstelle unterstützt du unsere Mitarbeiter:innen bei IT-Fragen und technischen Problemen
 * Über Telefon und Ticketsystem nimmst du Anfragen entgegen, analysierst diese und findest im 1st Level Support passende Lösungen
 * Komplexere Anliegen bereitest du strukturiert auf und leitest sie mit allen relevanten Informationen an unsere Systemadministrator:innen weiter
 * Dabei behältst du offene Tickets im Blick und informierst unsere Mitarbeiter:innen über den aktuellen Bearbeitungsstand
 * Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Betrieb unseres Servicedesks
