Individual compensation paid within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and demonstrated skills. argenx may pay more or less than the posted range and this range may be modified in the future. ## Description This role will act as the strategic technology leader and primary business partner for Development capabilities within Digital Technology. It is accountable for defining and executing the technology vision, roadmap, and value delivery that enable clinical development, trial execution, and data-driven decision-making across the portfolio. The Global DT Lead Development translates scientific and operational development needs into a scalable and future-fit digital ecosystem.
