* Je hebt een bachelor in IT, bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting.
 * Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist, bij voorkeur binnen een SAP-omgeving.
 * Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of internationale organisatie is een sterke troef.
 * Je bent analytisch, communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel als schakel tussen business en IT.
 * Je hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum en spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans is mooi meegenomen.

## Description

* Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen binnen productie, planning en kwaliteit en vertaalt businessnoden naar duidelijke functionele vereisten.
 * Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders, business analisten en ontwikkelaars om IT-oplossingen te ontwikkelen en optimaliseren.
 * Je begeleidt verbeterprojecten, neemt deel aan workshops, sprintplanningen en stakeholdermeetings en bewaakt de voortgang.
 * Je valideert oplossingen via testing, feedback en data-analyse en zorgt ervoor dat applicaties effectief waarde opleveren.
 * Je monitort de werking van applicaties en identificeert continu nieuwe mogelijkheden voor procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.
